Deluxe Scent offers worldwide shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and customs processing. You will receive tracking information when your order is on the way.
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $49. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless clearly stated.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to accept delivery, we will contact you about the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply.
RETURN
We want you to feel confident shopping with Deluxe Scent.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and included materials.
Opened fragrance oils are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at Shop@deluxescent.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Deluxe Scent diffusers include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, or normal wear.
